Our Los Altos project was a complete remodel and overhaul of a contemporary estate overlooking Silicon Valley & San Francisco Bay, including the addition of a custom-designed four-tier outdoor pool & entertainment area with private landscaped gardens.
The interior received a full structural upgrade to allow the living and dining areas to become a full open-plan concept, giving the client his wish of a full indoor-outdoor living experience.

An extensive remodel of a Silicon Valley property, with a complete landscape update of the exterior grounds.
Challenges
A complete update of the interior of the house required many structural upgrades within the building envelope. Adding new floor and ceiling systems created the look of a more open plan living and dining area. New layout included new upstairs bedroom areas and downstairs entertainment area.
The project needed to be completed to an absolute deadline as clients vacated the property for a fixed period.
Results
The complete overhaul of this property and grounds gave the client a more modern custom home including multiple structural, electronic and security upgrades.
The extensive wrap-around deck became the focal point for the upper level indoor/outdoor area. The custom teak deck flowed to the interior of the house forming an indoor / outdoor entertainment areas with chefs Kitchen and pool area for those warm summer days.
